From June 29th I will be seeing new clients at my lovely new clinic venue at Sherbourne Lodge Wellbeing Centre, Sherbourne House Farm, Edwardstone - just outside the lovely village of Boxford. I will be at this new practice on a Tues and  Thurs, whilst continuing to see existing clients at Hadleigh Physiotherapy on a Mon, Weds and Fri.

I have recently recorded some podcasts with UK Babies. The first one focusing on pelvic girdle pain is available now through their website.

I am now able to offer Pilates one to one's again in person, in the beautiful barn at Hadleigh Physiotherapy on a Wednesday. Please call or message me to book yourself in.

I am now able to see all new and existing clients face to face in clinic providing you feel comfortable with that (and providing you meet certain criteria). All new patients will be offered a virtual initial appointment as an alternative if they prefer.  My Covid-19 policy is available here if you would like further information.

I have recently had a paper accepted for publication in the POGP journal. It is a case study regarding the use of acupuncture to treat vulvodynia. It is due for publication in the Autumn 2021.

Introduction and Update

Here is a brief introduction from me, with some information regarding my professional experience and the services I provide...

Real-time Ultrasound Scanning

Real-time Ultrasound Scanning is now available at Hadleigh Physiotherapy. This can be an incredibly helpful way of assessing your abdominal and pelvic floor muscle function. Scanning can be a useful way to assist in the learning of correct exercise technique too. Ideal for Physiotherapy and Pilates clients.
