In addition to my current clinic location in Hadleigh (where I am based on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday), I will soon be able to see new clients from a lovely new clinic venue on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Further details coming soon. Watch this space!

I am now able to offer Pilates one to one's again in person, in the beautiful barn at Hadleigh Physiotherapy on a Wednesday. Please call or message me to book yourself in.

I am now able to see all new and existing clients face to face in clinic providing you feel comfortable with that (and providing you meet certain criteria). All new patients will be offered a virtual initial appointment as an alternative if they prefer.

I have recently had a paper accepted for publication in the POGP journal. It is a case study regarding the use of acupuncture to treat vulvodynia. It is due for publication in the Autumn 2021.

Scanning can be a useful way to assist in the learning of correct exercise technique too. Ideal for Physiotherapy and Pilates clients.
